If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.

When do pre-orders open?
Pre-order production will begin on October 1.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each dress is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production once pre-orders open. Shipping time will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Are these handmade or manufactured?
It depends on order volume:
- Smaller batches will be handmade in-house by Friskmegood.
- Larger batches will be sent to our trusted production partner to ensure faster turnaround while keeping the same quality.
Either way, every dress is crafted with care.
What sizes will be available?
The Jersey Dress will be offered in XS – XXL. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to find your best fit.
Can I return or exchange my pre-order?
Since each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds on pre-orders. Exchanges may be available if sizing stock permits, but not guaranteed. Please double-check your size before ordering.
Will these restock?
This is a limited release. Once the first drop sells out, restocks are not guaranteed — so make sure to grab yours during the pre-order window.
How will I know my order status?
